Yes! Recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) are often discounted compared to one-time cleanings. At cleaners and maids, our bi-weekly and monthly plans offer great value with consistent quality and savings.

A move-out cleaning or maid service, typically includes a deep, detailed, top-to-bottom clean designed to restore a home to its original condition — often required for landlords, new tenants, or to meet lease requirements. during the peak seasons, it’s recommended to schedule 1–2 weeks in advance to secure preferred schedule.

*Same-day or emergency cleaning services are available. A same day home cleaning service will give you a clean home you need and expect for that special day, service is contingent on availability.

Deep Cleaning: A more thorough cleaning than the standard, including baseboards, behind appliances, detailed bathroom cleaning, and more. The Flat Rate: Typically higher than standard cleaning. For example, $200 for a 2-bedroom apartment, $250+ for a larger home. Additional Charges: Difficult areas or specific cleaning requests (e.g., heavy dusting or pet hair removal)

A deep cleaning to prepare for new tenants or owners, including all surfaces, inside appliances, windows, and walls. Flat Rate: Based on the size of the property. $150–$300 depending on square footage and condition of the home.
Additional Charges: If the home is very dirty or requires additional services like carpet cleaning.

*Post renovation cleaning is provided as an hourly service only. Our flat rates are subject to the property being in a state of normal repair. If the property has not been professionally cleaned, nor maintained by the occupant, and deemed to be in a state of bad repair by our cleaners, we will advise you prior to starting the work that we need to switch to an hourly rate of $45 / hour per cleaner.
